The braXos Otis Connector is a mature, rich, connector that plugs into the braXos Steward middleware platform. The connector facilitates interoperability between Otis Compass elevators and other systems, such as access control systems, wireless lock systems, and cloud-based smart-door systems. The Otis Connector:
- Supports Otis Compass Version 3 or Version 2
- Real-Time Security Management: Automated listening for credential information (adds/modifications/deletions) to ensure secure up-to-date access for residents/tenants/staff
- Individual Kiosk locking capability: Individual security maps can be created per kiosk such that certain floors can be locked out from each kiosk
- VIP Access: Based on a security role, upon a car swipe an elevator can put the call originally made for it on hold and pick up a VIP
- Building Scheduling: Schedule floors to be locked during certain periods of time
- Elevator Car Dispatching Functionality via Steward- Utilizing braXos’ Scheduler/Dispatcher App, dispatch a car to a certain floor when needed
