The braXos Siemens SiPass connector leverages the openness and flexibility of the Siemens SiPass design to provide the braXos Steward middleware customer an endless set of integration possibilities. The braXos Siemens SiPass connector is capable of:
- Listening for database change events, facilitating near real-time synchronization of employee data into base-building access control systems, operational data stores (ODS), or destination dispatch integrations with visitor management requirements
- Listening for access events, allowing SiPass to participate as an event producer in an event-driven architecture (EDA): calling destination dispatch elevators automatically as a result of turnstile grant, updating mass notification systems of an employee’s physical presence, etc.
- Provisioning employee data into SiPass, for example from other access control systems, HR systems, and user directories for automated on-boarding/off-boarding
