Manually managing employee databases in multiple systems can be a significant challenge that often leads to errors, timeliness challenges, over-assignment of access, leading to gaps in security. The Employee On-Boarding process is also not as smooth or efficient as possible. Recognizing the need to tackle these challenges a growing hospital system in Georgia, thru its partnership with Coopercraft Communications, reached out to braXos to design and deploy automating employee security cardholder management.  The solution involved braXos integrating Kronos Workforce Management with S2 Security. When a new employee is created in Kronos, that employee is automatically created in the S2 system, including the appropriate access level.  Once in S2, the employee badge number and image is synced from S2 back into Kronos. Additionally, when an employee is terminated in Kronos, they are automatically disabled in the S2 system. braXos also deployed an integration between S2 and the Quickcharge cashless payment software.  S2 Cardholders are automatically provisioned into the Quickcharge database and modified or deleted when a change is made in S2.
