braXos completes Scalerator NEO program

This past year, braXos leadership had the honor of participating in Scalerator NEO. We are pleased to announce that we have completed the program, and we are excited about applying its principles to both strategic growth, and our day-to-day operations.

Scalerator NEO is a program for small company leadership teams, aimed at developing a growth system for their organization. The program focuses on the three pillars of growth: Customers, Capacity, and Cash. Throughout 2022, our team engaged with other leaders throughout Ohio, including lectures from world class business leaders, and exchanging ideas and experiences with a terrific set of fellow companies.

We graduated with a new perspective on growth, and we’re already experiencing tremendous fruit from its application. We have  developed a 12 – 36 month plan, and are passionately implementing it. For instance, since completing Scalerator, we’ve opened our first international operation in the United Kingdom, allowing us to better serve our customers and partners on the other side of the Atlantic. This, along with numerous other benefits we’re seeing, is a testament to Scalerator’s teachers and leaders, and we’re grateful that we had the opportunity to participate.

Here at braXos, we are now focusing on enriching our capacity, culture, and the work/life experience. We’re growing, and as a direct result of applying Scalerator teachings, we see how our increased capacity is benefitting our ability to serve our customers and partners with excellence. With gratitude, we appreciate our teammates and those we serve – without you, growth would not even be in the conversation. 2022 has been a blessed year, and we look forward to serving braXos customers, partners, and teammates in 2023 and beyond.
