Improvements:

• MFA: Commanders users now authenticate via a multi-factor authentication mechanism using push notifications
• Push notifications are now supported in 3rd party applications that utilize the LiftOff API
• Privacy settings are now configurable per building, with enrolled user transaction information obfuscated accordingly
• PII: Users who are not enrolled into a building, but call a public floor, will have their transaction information obfuscated
• Minor cosmetic enhancements to Commander
