Building Engines provides a web and mobile property management platform, providing a building the front-end and back-end portfolio to manage tenant services, asset & equipment maintenance, operational risk management, and communication. Buildings also utilize Building Engines' visitor management platform to optimize the visitor operation experience.

braXos' Steward integrates with Building Engines' Visitor Management Platform to deliver a seamless visitor entry experience from check-in to walking through the turnstiles. Steward can accomplish the following use cases:

Provision visitors in real-time into the Building Engines visitor management platform from a 3rd party tenant visitor management system. This allows for tenants to only have to enter their visitors into one visitor management system and ensure they will be automatically synced into the landlord Bulding Engines system for base building check in.
Automatically sync visitors from Building Engines into a variety of access control systems so that a Building Engines visitor can swipe a pass at a turnstile and be granted access for a period of time.
