Go-Evo is a software company specializing in creating tools to improve company operation and asset management. Using the Go-Evo COVID-19 Employee Screening App, employers can ensure their employees are self-assessing their health on a daily basis. Employees can use the Go-Evo COVID-19 screening app to fill out a form on a daily basis, triggering an employer to make a determination of whether the employee is fit to work that day. Real-time reporting and monitoring can be utilized to assess employee statuses each day.

Go-Evo Return to Work App

The braXos Go-Evo Connector delivers a return to work solution that allows an enterprise to activate/deactivate employee profile/credential information in an access control system based on whether an Employee Health Screening Form was completed in the Go-Evo COVID-19 App. The solution is as follows:

All pertinent employees receive a "deactivated" status in the access control system each night
If an employee is going to be heading on-site to the company office, the employee will need to utilize the Go-Evo Employee Screening App to fill out a health questionnaire
The employee fills out the questionnaire on the app. If the answers to the health questionnaire are acceptable, Go-Evo will trigger braXos to "activate" the employee in the access control system
braXos will then immediately activate the employee in the access control system, allowing the user to swipe a credential at all building readers in which they have access.
All employees are then returned to a deactivated status at the end of the day in the access control system and the process is restarted.
