Honeywell International Inc., headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, produces commercial and consumer products, engineering services and aerospace systems. In the Access Control space, Honeywell's WIN-PAK integrated security system provides customers a cost-effective way to manage access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection. Honeywll also offers Pro-Watch, a connected building platform for enterprise and critical infrastructure customers who require access control and video systems that meet the most stringent compliance requirements.

braXos Security offers two Steward middleware connectors that facilitate integration composition with Honeywell products:

braXos Honeywell WIN-PAK Connector
braXos Honeywell Pro-Watch Connector

The braXos Honeywell WIN-PAK Connector allows Steward middleware to communicate with the Honeywell WIN-PAK access control system product. The connector is capable of:

Querying Cardholder information, including access levels
Listening for access events emitted by the system

These features allow Steward middleware to operate integrations that join WIN-PAK with systems that have credentialing APIs, such as destination dispatch systems. Because the connector is capable of listening for access events, WIN-PAK can participate as an event producer in an Event Driven Architecture (EDA). Like the WIN-PAK Connector, the braXos Honeywell Pro-Watch Connector allows Steward middleware to execute functions exposed by the Pro-Watch API. These functions include:

Querying Cardholder information, including Clearances, Cards, Assets, and Custom Fields
Listening for access events emitted by the system
On-boarding/off-boarding Cardholders in the system based upon HR sources or other Access Control environments
Recording external activities from 3rd party systems as activities in Pro-Watch

Whether the customer platform is WIN-PAK or Pro-Watch, braXos Honeywell connectors can be used to compose intricate and elegant integrations that extend and maximize the customer's investment in Honeywell technology.
