Visitor Management

Envoy provides a sleek visitor management solution, allowing a visitor to arrive on site, enter details into an iPad, and sign where needed. Employees are automatically alerted when their guest arrives, including an image of the guest in the notification, so there is no confusion as to who the guest is! Envoy also organizes the delivery and room booking process through its desktop/mobile solution.

listens for recently added, modified or deleted Invites to the Envoy System
streamlines building visitor access, integrating Envoy's visitor management system with an array of access control platforms
Tenants only need to utilize Envoy as expected, pre-registering visitors in Envoy as an Invite or Visitor Check-In
A standard Envoy pass is printed or sent to the visitor when the visitor has successfully checked in.
