By leveraging the richness of the braXos Connector library, Latch products can be integrated with a variety of building and enterprise systems and platforms. The Latch R reader, elegant in design and use, can deliver credential access granted event information to braXos Steward using the braXos Orchestrator platform and braXos WebSocket connector. In this way, Latch products can participate in an Event Driven Architecture (EDA) where Latch R readers are event emitters. Use cases include:

• Integration with Destination Dispatch elevator systems, such as Schindler PORT, Otis Compass, and KONE ELI systems, allowing access to be controlled by Latch
• Near real-time reporting of dynamic location information to mass communication platforms, such as Everbridge, so that emergency response can account for those residents or employees known to be at a location
• Triggering of access control mechanisms (e.g.: unlocking a controlled space) in base building access control systems, such as S2 NetBox and SALTO systems, so that residents can negotiate the non-Latch security perimeter with the simplicity of their mobile device
